You can place an order conveniently through our secure online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Custom orders are always welcome at Ruby Laur.

Shipping Methods

Web orders are made-to-order (with care) and typically shipped within 1 week. Custom made orders ship within 2-4 weeks. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Upon checkout you will have the option to select shipping method.

Sales Tax

Sales tax differs by state. It will be added to your order depending on where your located domestically.

Our Return Policy

All custom made pieces and sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.  

Orders that have been damaged within the 30 days of purchase are warranted a refund or exchange.

We are committed to protect your personal information, just as we would our own. Your privacy is important to us and we do not distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Materials

Ruby Laur jewelry is made by hand with love in New York, which uses a  a variety of rare and precious gemstones, and gold and silver metals to create a one-of-a-kind piece every time. Any gold jewelry on our site is gold filled and not gold plated, which is made to not tarnish and preserve the gold of your jewelry. Any silver on our site is sterling silver. 

Jewelry Care

Ruby Laur jewelry is meant for wear for every day and any occasion. Our materials are made to never take off, including to swim, shower, exercise. However, please note that the use of perfume and lotions too close to your jewelry may cause a slight tarnishing of metals.
